Achari murgh

Ingredients

Chicken (14 pieces)
Oil 1 cup
Yogurt  1/2cup
Finely chopped tomatoes 3
Lemon  4
Green chilies 6
Curry leaves   a few
Fenugreek seeds a few
Finely chopped garlic   4 cloves
White cumin 1 tsp
Turmeric  1 tsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili  1 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Salt   as required

Method

Heat oil in a wok and fry the fenugreek seeds. When the aroma is give out  add the chicken pieces
Add salt as required and 1tsp turmeric. When the water given out by the chicken has completely dried add 3 finely chopped tomatoes and ½ cup yogurt
Grind together  1tsp white cumin,1tbsp mustard seeds and 1tbsp whole coriander seeds. When the water given out by the yogurt and tomatoes has dried add 1tbsp crushed red chilies and 1tsp onion seeds.
Now add the ground spices,6 green chilies,4 cloves of finely chopped garlic . 2tbsp finely chopped garlic and the juice of 4 lemons. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes
Serve the delicious achari chicken with rice
