Namkeen Chicken Boti

 

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Lemon  3
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Oil  1/2 cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Ginger paste  1 tbsp
Salt to taste



Recipe Method

In a wok add 1/2 kg washed chicken. Then add salt to taste and 1/2 cup of vinegar. When water dries add 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tsp black pepper crushed, 3 lemon juice and 1/2 cup of oil to cook till tender.
Dish it out and serve with naan.
