Aloo Mint Kabab

Ingredients:
2 peeled Potatoes
1/2 cup Mint Leaves
2 peeled Carrots
1/4 cup Gram flour
1 tbsp sprouted Moong dal
1 chopped Onion
3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1  tsp Red chilly powder
2 tsp Garam masala
1 Cake rusk
4-5 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste

Method:

1.Place the potatoes, carrots with 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker and cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
2.Take the cooked carrots and potatoes with a big ladle and place them on a plate. 
3.Grate the potatoes and carrots comes and keep aside.
4.Boil and mash the sprouted dal.
5.Grind the cake-rusk into fine powder.
6.Grind the mint leaves and green chilies with 2 tsp of water into fine paste.
7.Heat half tbsp of oil in a pan, add the onions and saute until turns to light brown color.
8.Add the ginger-garlic paste, mint paste and saute until water gets evaporated.
9.Add the grated potatoes, carrots, mashed sprouts and fry for couple of minutes.
10.Add the flour, chilly powder, garam masala and salt, mix.
11.Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from the heat.
12.Allow to cool and add the rusk powder, mix well.
13.Make small kababs from the mint mixture.
14.Heat the remaining oil in the pan, deep fry the kababs until turns to light brown color.
15.Drain excess oil in the paper towel and serve hot with ketchup.
