Ingredients
Beef 1/2 kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Poppy paste 1 tbsp
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Kabab cheeni 1/2 tsp
Pepperi 1/4 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 3 to 4 tbsp
Salad leaves & tomato for garnish
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method
Coat 3 to 4 tbsp papaya paste on 1/2 kg meat and leave it for 4 hours. The put in a bowl and add 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp poppy paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili crushed, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp all spice powder, 1/2 tsp kabab cheni, 1 tsp black pepper and 1/4 tsp pepperi powder to marinate. In a steamer heat water and steam the marinated meat to steam. Now takeout the meat and put it in pan and put charcoal to give smoke.
After 5 minutes take it out in a serving dish and serve it with salad leaves, lemon and tomato to serve.
